بالأمس أكلت همبرغر وبار السلطة. أعتقد أنه كان الهامبرغر. طعمها مضحك ولم آكل الكثير منه. كان يعاني من تشنجات المعدة السيئة والإسهال والغثيان السيئ وقشعريرة. ربما كنت سأتقيأ إذا لم أشرب 2 ملعقة كبيرة من خل التفاح النقي (علاج منزلي). جعلني أشعر بتحسن بعد 10-15 دقيقة فقط.… شاهد المزيد

أكلت دونات بوسطن كريمي من واوا أمس أكتوبر 2، 2018. كنت بخير لفترة من الوقت ولكن بمجرد وصولي إلى المنزل الذي كان حوالي 3 ساعات بعد ذلك بدأت أشعر بألم شديد في المعدة وكان يتقدم. أخذت tums و Advil ولم يساعد ذلك كثيرًا. لقد استمر لمدة يومين… شاهد المزيد
