في يوم الجمعة 03/16/2018، أكلت بسكويت لحم الخنزير المقدد والبيض والجبن وعصير البرتقال في الساعة 11:30 صباحًا. بدأت أشعر بالضعف في الساعة 3:30 مساءً، مع وضع الغثيان والإسهال في الساعة 5 مساءً. لقد طورت أيضًا حمى منخفضة الدرجة. تفاقمت الأعراض خلال الـ 48 ساعة التالية، واستمرت لما مجموعه 3 أيام.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, ضعف
