I went for breakfast around 8:30 AM, in around 10 my stomach started to hurt and that’s when diarrhea came along. Later on in the day it got worse and worse. Around 5 o’clock is whenever I started to throw up, I threw up about seven times and started a fever.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء
