حضر مأدبة الإفطار برعاية بنك هاواي الأول في 7/12. بدأت الأعراض مباشرة بعد مغادرة الحدث مع صداع كبير وغثيان وإسهال بعد وقت قصير من العودة إلى المنزل. كان هذا الحدث لكبار السن بشكل أساسي، لذلك أنا مندهش من عدم الإبلاغ عن أي شخص آخر. أوعية فواكه سيئة… شاهد المزيد

حضرت حدثًا في غرفة الولائم يوم الجمعة 25 مايو. كان لدي دجاج مشوي، سلطة، معكرونة وجبن، والفاصوليا الخضراء، ورقائق البطاطس والجواكامولي. بعد يومين، بدأت تعاني من الصداع والغثيان والحمى والتعرق، تليها الإسهال والقيء. اعتبارًا من اليوم، عانى 19 آخرين حضروا الحدث من أعراض مماثلة.
