I had a mozzarella & smoked tomato sandwich which he had basil & pesto in it. Also a vanilla chai latte with soy milk for breakfast around 9 AM. It is now 6pm & since 4 have cramps & severe diahrea  | الأعراض: إسهال, تشنجات

Ate tableside guacamole, side salad, and chipotle chicken flatbread. The flatbread has an orange pesto sauce drizzled on top, this might've been the problem.  | الأعراض: إسهال
