I purchased a chocolate biscotti from 7-11 and about a half hour later, I was vomiting and had diarrhea (gotta love NYC's 'purchase food and you can use our bathroom' policy). Ate the 711 Nachos and the next morning couldn't stop vomiting and bad diarrhea and when I threw up thats all i could taste and smell was the nachos, the cheese must have been old because it was the very last bit of it coming out.
