I purchased a chocolate biscotti from 7-11 and about a half hour later, I was vomiting and had diarrhea (gotta love NYC's 'purchase food and you can use our bathroom' policy). Ended up puking on a table and in the bathroom. It's only been 4 hours, but I still feel horrible.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Only had a 7-11 hotdog within the last 8 hours of getting sick. Had a big bite with chilli and cheese. I have ate big bites before, actually my whole life. But never again. I've been throwing up and have diarrhea all day. I feel horrible  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate the 711 Nachos and the next morning couldn't stop vomiting and bad diarrhea and when I threw up thats all i could taste and smell was the nachos, the cheese must have been old because it was the very last bit of it coming out. They need to monitor how long they lit any food item sit there  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I was prescribed zofran and was throwing up about 45 minutes after drinking the lemon slurpie. My daughter two days prior who is 2 had the same flavor slurpie and had same EXACT symptoms. I now know for a fact it is the slurpie from 711.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
