Bought a large coffee in 7-11 and consumed it. 3 hour after, consumer started vomiting and having diarrhea continuously for the next 2 days. Consumer had to go to ER and given meds, but still continuing to have diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills

Got two slices of pepperoni pizza at 7:50 pm on 3/25/26. Ive been throwing up and having diarrhea since 11pm. Awoke at 5:30 am and I shit the bed. I have a fever and feel awful. I bought a sausage breakfast sandwich & the tots before work at 7:40 am. I didn't even finish the whole thing & threw it out. I started feeling nauseous while driving to work.
