Pizza House. Late Saturday night, early Sunday morning I had food from here delivered by GrubHub to my hotel Not sure which of the items caused it. Ordered two croissant sandwiches (sausage, egg, and cheese and feta, spinach, and egg) and an order of corned beef hash... See More and eggs. Only finished the feta, spinach, and egg croissant, ate some of both of the others, but both didn't taste right so I tossed them. Horrible stomach pain started early AM Monday, then stutter started diarrhea (severe, still going), to straight watery mucus, mid section pain like I was kicked like a mule, and a headache that feels like someone is digging into my brain, lightheaded/dizziness, . Burcham Hills assisted living facility located at Burcham Dr, East Lansing, has reported 53 cases of norovirus. According to Ingham County Health Officer Linda Vail it is pretty common to have this kind of outbreak in an assisted living facility.

Norovirus is very contagious and is easily transmitted from person to person most through the oral/fecal route. Considering that hand sanitizer does NOT work against this virus, it is important to wash your hands with soap frequently. Use bleach to clean and disinfect surfaces.
