“Ordered the chocolate shake from this location approximately 1030pm, only about one-third consumed then discarded around 11pm. Approximately 0450 was awoken by abdominal pain in lower right, to lower abdominal region. Pain could be described as sharp and stabbing, possibly in ascending and transvers... e colon with about a 7/10 pain scale. Symptoms included cold sweats, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. After about three and a half hours, pain has subsided and chained to a dull and achy pain with a scale of about 2 or 3/10. I considered going to the ER, but I had a generally good grasp of what was occuring (former combat medic and current RN student), and had school same morning online. Instead, will follow up with GI specialist.
Previous experience from ordering at this location had same experience twice prior to this, Origionally I had thought I was developing a food allergy to dairy and beef. However, these same symptoms have only been felt after eating at this specific location, and I have ordered here about four times. The first time, I had ordered the famous star and got sick. The second time, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and did not get sick. the third time, I ordered the famous star and got sick, and this time was the chocolate shake and got sick. Needless to say, I will not be patronizing this store any longer. ”

“The FSIS announced the recall of approximately 297,715 pounds of ready-to-eat canned corned beef products by GLG Trading Inc. because they were imported and distributed in the United States without the benefit of FSIS import re-inspection. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions du... e to consumption of these products.
FSIS advises consumers who have purchased these products not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
The canned corned beef items were imported on various dates between June 6, 2020 to Jan. 21, 2021. The product cans are labeled with various “Best Before” dates and the product cases are labeled with various shipping marks. The products subject to recall bear “Australia Inspected” number “39” and were shipped to retail locations nationwide. The affected codes can be found on the link below.
The problem was discovered after FSIS received a tip from an industry representative indicating that corned beef product received from Milky Way did not undergo FSIS import reinspection.

“I ate Cheetos Crunchy with a sub around 5pm and had no stomach issues until 3:30a when I woke up with stomach cramps. That escalated to nausea, diarrhea, hot flash, and dizziness to the point of fainting. My stomach was still off/sensitive the following day. ”

“Twice I ate the Cali chicken bacon ranch pizza. Both times I got severe food poisoning after eating only about two slices.
The first time began with severe intestinal cramping. I was in such abdominal pain I almost decided to go to the hospital. I broke out into intense fever/chills and sweats and... couldn’t move outside the fetal position. The debilitating pain lasted 20-30 minutes before I experienced severe diarrhea for around an hour. I did not experience vomiting that time.
The second time I woke up in the middle of the night, again with severe abdominal cramps. After about 30-40 minutes of extreme abdominal pain I vomited violently and uncontrollably for around 10-15 minutes. absolutely the worst vomiting I’ve ever experienced. When the vomiting subsided I experienced heavy diarrhea for around 40-50 minutes and intermittent diarrhea for the next 2-3 hours.
The two meals were ordered from two different locations. The first from Southborough, Massachusetts and the second from here. Roughly a year apart. These were by far the most severe cases of food poisoning I’ve ever experienced. I am an adventurous eater and tend to have a strong stomach for different kinds of foods, but have never experienced food poisoning remotely close to this severity. ”
