    - comments: no city of chicago food service manager on duty as required. Instructed that a city of chicago food service manager must be on duty at all times tcs foods are being prepared... See More and served. Priority foundation violation 7-38-012 issued.

    - comments: unable to produce the employee health policies for employees as required; must provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-010.
