Meatball sub made me sick. Tasted fine but less than an hour after eating it I had a horrible stomach ache and then nausea kicked in. That evening I came down with a fever and diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache
