June 2018. Southwest Premium Salad with Grilled Chicken. Stomach pain, nausea, & diarrhea with fatigue. Symptoms went on a few weeks, til I heard about the cyclospora outbreak. Still have stomach pain, but not much diarrhea. Have been very tired since then.

Just me, I live alone. Stomach cramps 1st around 4 hrs after eating. I ate at 2:30 in the afternoon. This was on 8/3 then nausea started around 8:30 p.m. And through the night and worsened by 8am on the 4th.then more stomach cramps throughout the day… شاهد المزيد

I ordered 1 sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle and 1 hash brown and throughout the next 7 hours I had severe diarrhea and I vomited an excessive amount. Both substances had an extremely spoiled smell, I also had extreme stomach pains for the next 2 days.
