I ordered 1 sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle and 1 hash brown and throughout the next 7 hours I had severe diarrhea and I vomited an excessive amount. Both substances had an extremely spoiled smell, I also had extreme stomach pains for the next 2 days.

6 year old had happy meal, milk was past due. Now he has been vomiting nonstop for 8 hours not able to keep anything down. Food poisoning for sure. Started before he was wv n done with the meal.

Update: now suffering from dehydration as he wasn’t able to keep anyone hung down yesterday.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Dehydration

Just an fyi and has been reported to the health department. Confirmed food poisoning from the Elgin McDonalds. My friend is still at urgent care in pretty bad shape. Please check the burgers before just handing off to your kids. She was driving and didnt catch the pink right away.

Ate steak, egg and cheese bagle around 11am Sunday, didn't feel well on Monday. I started with nausea, vomiting and diarrhea Monday around 7pm. I didn't stop vomiting until Tuesday morning. I still have diarrhea and it is now Saturday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
