Well it was frizen meatballs -I got sick about an hour later . Vomiting diarrhea . Lots of room for issues as they are frozen but you are unaware if store thawed it and refroze it , I was sick all week. It was a month ago or so.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Ate about 8 pm last night. About an hour later had very loose stool and then came home and had explosive diarrhea. Soon after, vomiting started.. It is now 7:30 AM and still having vomiting and diarrhea. Only sipped some ginger ale and water., Don't have any… See more
