Watermelon Causes Severe Illness - Ingles Market, Brevard North Carolina

I purchased ready to eat watermelon from the Fruit Bar at the Super Ingles on 4/25/2019 6pm. I also put together a fruit salad from the bar. I ate the watermelon on the way home. My wife ate the fruit from the other container that had no watermelon. She did not get sick. I began to have symptoms at about 10-11pm- fairly robust stomach cramps. I woke up a little later and proceeded to have projectile vomiting all night. Watery, (no blood) diarrhea. Chills, 100 degree fever, loud bowel sounds. At the time of this report it has been 48 hrs since ingestion. I still have watery diarrhea, stomach cramps. I have eaten a cup of soup and a few bland snacks. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
