    تم تناول المعكرونة مع السلطة لتناول العشاء.
    اضطرت صديقتي إلى التقيؤ بعد الهبوط في مرحاض الطائرة. كانت تعاني أيضًا من أعراض الدوخة.
    لم أعاني من الدوخة والقيء والإسهال إلا في اليوم التالي.
