Poutine, Severe stomach pain accompanied by severe vomiting and diahrea. Ate the food at 2pm AMD became violently I'll at 9:00pm.

Teen burger combo at 2200hrs on March 19. Diarrhea and cramps started about 3 hours later then in the afternoon of March 20th had severe diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting and fever.
