Had a burger for lunch today at 12pm. By 8pm I have had diarrhea, nausia and vomiting. I now have a fever, I am in a lot of pain right now and this is going to cost me a day's earnings as I have work tomorrow and I cannot leave the bathroom  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Nausea, Body Ache
