I was traveling by bus. I picked up a burger to go. By the time I arrived in Houston I was in horrible abdominal pain, with chills. I barely made it home before vomiting and diarrhea started. Fever of 102. That happened Saturday, Oct. 7 around 2:10pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Stomach Pain
