I ate some pizza from here and since 4am I have been throwing up anything I try to get down. I’m about to go to the hospital and hopefully I can go to work tomorrow, because I already missed my first day of work at one of my new jobs.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
