McChicken Causes Severe Illness

Around 10 pm 06/22, I ate a mcchicken from here and about 6 hours later I had a fever of 103, vomiting, diarrhea, aches, and no energy for 2 days straight. It has been 5 days since and my stomach still feels awful. Stay away from here!!
