There was a mysterious residue on the outside of the cup and the drink looked a little darker than usual, but I took one sip anyways. I then began to feel lightheaded and started to have chest pain and shooting pain in my arm. I still have the entire drink other than the one sip I took.  | Symptoms: Lightheaded, Chest Pain
