Food Safety Reports: Pizza Hut, Route 70 West, Marlton, NJ, USA

I’ve ordered Pizza Hut from here three weekends this month and each time I’ve had severe cramping, diarrhea and it’s to the point where I need to be near a bathroom at all times the whole day. I’d like this establishment checked as I have serious concerns.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
