Wednesday evening Fried mushrooms with a side of ranch I had not eaten anything else in 8 hours, I was sick within an hour, doctor confirmed food poisoning, at the time thought it could’ve been from soda fountain however my brother got the same drink I did and did not get sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating, Stomach Pain
