The burritos - I am 6 months pregnant and got two burritos. after an hour and a half of consuming the burritos I got very dizzy with bad stomach aches and nearly passed out. I was throwing up a lot and was getting a fever and chills.i had diarrhea after throwing up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Dizziness, Stomach Pain
