Gluten-Free Cereal Illness

I was eating lucky charms for a traveling snack and everytime I did that I had severe diarrhea, nausea and abdominal pain. I don't eat them anymore and I'm fine now. I stay on a very strict gluten free diet ALWAYS. I thought I was safe with these gluten free lucky charms but NOT.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
