Late lunch outside bar/ restaurant on the beach. I had Caesar salad with fish,for desert ordered cut up fresh fruit plate with yogurt dip . About 3 hr later I started vomiting and diareah, it was so much coming out it was dangerous....after 1 hr my husband bought Alka Seltzer ,after drinking it I felt better ,stoped throwing up, but for diarrhea took lomotil pills and it helped. However ,on the beach we met another family that also suffered from food poisoning.... | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
