I had lunch here around 12:30. I ate a bowl with rice, black beans, chicken, cheese, lettuce, onions, green peppers and chipotle ranch. With chips and a lemonade. My stomach started feeling queezy on the drive home and I arrived home at 1:30 and had green diarrhea as soon as I walked in the door. I took a nap and was awoken by the uneasy feeling and threw up 5 times and had continual green diarrhea from 1:30 until 4:30 | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
