Grilled Chicken salad, 2.  My husband and I.  Both had a salad and chicken. Different salads but both had Romain lettuce on  Thursday 12/5/2019 at about 6 pm.  On Saturday 12/7/2019 morning at about 6 am for him and 12 noon for me?  Straight water diarrhea, he had debilitating stomach pains, he was at work and literally had to lay down.  I had straight water diarrhea, terrible vomiting,  chills, also had to go to bed and call someone to come pick up my child who I was not able to take care of. It’s been 24 hrs. and we had been able to hold down 2 pieces of toast and about 8 oz of fluid.  Still have chills, nausea, started headache now. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Kopfschmerz, Schüttelfrost, Schmerzen im Magen
