I was on break at my job I didn't pack a lunch so I decided to eat there, I got the Turkey Melt and nacho deluxe fries and ate them at my break room when I got back I all the sudden needed to use the restroom and as well my stomach and chest started to hurt really badly and when I went to the restroom I got diarrhea the pain from my stomach was very severe that my work sent me home early, Idk how many more but symptoms started about 30 minutes after eating | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
