On Tuesday 12/12/2017, I stopped to eat at the Chipotle Mexican Grill, on Highway 49 near the intersection of Bell Road. I had never been there before so I wanted something easy so I ordered a bowl with brown rice, chicken, mild sauce, topped with guacamole. I got about half way through the meal when I noticed a red hair about 7 inches long on my fork embedded in the food. It made me nauseous and made me throw up. Uggggg -- awful.... so I took it to the manager and showed it to her. She immediately asked me for the hair -- and I refused. I took the hair with food on it home and placed it into a ziplock bag... and found this site to report the incident. Hopefully this will keep someone else from getting sick.!!! | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen
