- comments: observed no certified food manager on duty while tcs foods are being prepared,handled and served such as (chicken,rice,beans,etc). Must be on site at all times. (priority foundation 7-38-012)

- comments: must provide a thermometer for cold holding prep cooler.

53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: must provide a garbage can with lid in unisex toilet room.

- comments: must clean debris build up from floor along wall bases at ice machine and floor drain at 3- comp sink.
