I had half a chipotle bowl with chicken yesterday for lunch. And by about 12AM I woke up with an awful knot in my upper stomach. The feeling you get when you have the flu. I threw up 6 times and had diahrea until 5 AM. I still feel a bit sick at 9AM the next day. I did not eat any other meat, cheese, or dairy products yesterday other than chipotle. I only had fruit, a soy latte, and a protein shake made with almond milk and muscle milk powder. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
