I had half a chipotle bowl with chicken yesterday for lunch. And by about 12AM I woke up with an awful knot in my upper stomach. The feeling you get when you have the flu. I threw up 6 times and had diahrea until 5 AM. I still feel a bit sick at 9AM the next day. I did not eat any other meat, cheese, or dairy products yesterday other than chipotle.
