I ate lunch at Costa Vida on 12/1/18. Had a small pork salad with black beans and everything on it. The next morning 12/2/18 around 5 a.m. the horrible symptoms began. I have vomited several times and have severe diarrhea. The sickest I've ever been in my life. I'm wondering if it is the romaine lettuce. I assumed it was safe to eat since they are serving it again and they weren't the last time I was there. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
