I was in West Virginia for a funeral I ordered from my hotel. July 20th 2019 about 9 pm . I ordered the sirloin Steak, baked potato, salad and dumplings. It was a lot of food I couldn't finish it all, but I ate over half my steak. The next morning I woke up with severe stomach cramps and nausea. I was miserable the entire day during the funeral, and on my drive home to Ohio. I had to stop many times on the way home to use the restroom. It was horrible, and it still continues today.. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Krämpfe
