I had pulled pork, okra, and coleslaw on a Saturday night around 9pm. By 10am Sunday, I was throwing up and had diarrhea so badly. My stomach was constantly queasy or cramping. My sister started experiencing similar symptoms around 5pm on Sunday but couldn't stop shivering. She had sausage, okra, and stew.
