- comments: observed no certified food manager certificate posted to view nor a food manager on duty while tcs ready to eat foods are being prepared,handled and served such as slicing ham,turkey,hot head cheese,etc. Must provide certificate and be on site at all times. - comments: must clean debris build up from meat slicer,grinder,saw machine,prep table. Walk in cooler shelving units,pop sleeves,fan guard covers. Service counter shelving units. Must defrost all chest freezers and ice build up inside of deli display unit.

- comments: must provide a garbage can with lid for toilet room.

- comments: must repair or replace stained and missing ceiling tiles throughout,missing wall bases in prep area,loose wall bases on sales floor. Damaged floor tiles throughout prep ,sales floor,walk in cooler,storage areas and where needed. Must make wall smooth and easily cleanable next to hand sink. Must remove excessive caulking at lower wall near hand sink in prep area.
