3/21 arrived at Hilton. Ate bar food. Pizza, fries, ham and cheese. Both of us ate. 3/22 at at Louve terrace hotel. I got violently ill all day Sat 3/23. No food for me 3/23 and 3/24. she at prepackaged food from local grocery and the Hilton Paris Opera 3/25. I ate store bought crackers. 3/26 she is violently ill. Could her I’ll ness be that delayed or is it the Hilton? | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
