My husband and I ate at the Lazy Dog Restaurant in West Covina, Ca. He had Salmon and I had the chicken salad sandwich. We both got up in the middle of the night on the same day with explosive diarrhea. We both had completely different meals. Did that mean that the entire menu was infected or just the preparer? | Symptome: Durchfall
