We bought McDonald’s last night, Monday, around 8:30 PM. I had a filet o fish with fries and my fiancé had a double quarter pounder with fries. We both woke up around 5 AM. He had diarrhea and I had to vomit. We are both still very nauseous and it’s 12 PM now. We think it may be a dirty worker because my uncle and cousin ate at another McDonald’s on Eastern and Serene and got severe food poisoning on Sunday. I ate some Cheetos that I’ve been eating for the past week before this and my fiancé ate crab cakes from Trader Joe’s which I did not eat. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
