Around 1:00 a.m. saturday, I went into the mcdonalds in the walmart and ordered a #4 (buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich). This was my first time ordering this sandwich from them. After I finished, probably 2-3 hrs later, I constantly had to use the bathroom and my stool was coming out like water and my stomach began to hurt. After I got off the clock and went home at around 8 a.m. I rushed into the bathroom and vomitted the lettuce (which didn't dissolve), liquid from the tomato, and countless chicken chunks. Anything I ate that day came right back up and the doctor confirmed that I had been poisoned from unclean food. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Erbrechen
