On May 122014 I ordered a sausage & egg mc muffin and Hashbrown with medium coffee.
After an hour and half I was vomiting and shaking with extreme gut wrenching pain and of course ...diahrea. Im 30 and have never had food poisoning before. Its now 3 days later back at home and my stomach is still not feeling normal. Lets just say ive sworn off my favourite breakfast in the world and will never indulge or spend another penny at mc donalds. Would never want that pain again. Thanks for ruining my last day of my trip. I've learned my lesson. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
