I ate two signature beef burgers, guacamole and the other bacon, had a sweet tea and a couple of fries, and a few chicken mcnugets. Then while taking my last bite of the signature guacamole burger, I started feeling sick, nausea and diarrhea. I became extreemily tired and immediately feel asleep shortly after. The McDonald's location is a very nice one, I don't want to cause them trouble. Please have them look into the cause. Thank you! | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
