Yesterday (21/12/15) at around 4pm I had a take-out McDonalds, the spicy chicken festive sandwich meal with milkshake, a pulled pork wrap and also a galaxy mcflurry. It wasn't until this morning when I got up I felt an upset stomach, had the runs accidently in the shower (yes, it was that bad) and felt sick since, it's now 22/12/15 13:19 hours and I still feel ill, the vomiting hasn't started (yet) but certainly feel like I will be soon. My guess is it's most definitely the pulled pork from this particular McDonalds. Matt | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
