I purchased three dinners containing oxtails with rice and gravy, collard greens, sweet potatoes, beans, peas, and mac/cheese.The common denominator with all three plates was oxtails, collards and yams. What ensued within an hour of finishing dinner was nothing short of disastrous. We were sick for three days. Unfortunately, my mother suffered the most.
