I had the small grilled chicken bowl with brown rice and teriyaki sauce at around 2:30 pm 1/26/19. About 45 minutes later I started having bad crampy belly pain. At about 4pm had bad cramps with diarrhea with multiple trips to bathroom. Very upset because we are supposed to go to a dinner party at 6!! | Symptome: Durchfall, Krämpfe
