For lunch on April 28th, 2017, I ate 1/2 tuna salad sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup. Within 20 minutes of eating, I was in the bathroom at work vomiting and diarrhea at the same time. Had to leave work to go home. Was sick like that for about 6 hours. Was completely fine all day except after eating lunch that day. Never again! | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
