Ate there on November 21'st afternoon. Had sal steak with mash/gravy and side chili. My brother ate the chili. We were both sick within 6 hrs.. I had chills/fever for four days with vomiting. Brother had more severe vomiting/ headache and on second day required emergency treatment and hospitalization resulting in receiving a heart pacemaker. Life changing eating experience. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Andere, Fieber, Kopfschmerz, Schüttelfrost
