Had a classic burger w/ fries which included a giant piece of lettuce around 1:30PM on May 9th, 2016. About 7PM that night my stomach started feeling nauseous. About 10PM diarrhea started continuing throughout the night. 3AM vomiting. Ran a slight fever. Today, 5/11/16 symptoms have subsided and I'm back to work, although stomach is still a little nauseous. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
